With a well that is over 500 ft deep we use our unfiltered water as the base for our delicious beverages.

Local flavors
We focus entirely on local ingredients so you can experience what this region tastes like. Almost all of our fruits and herbs come from our regenerative agriculture farm and neighboring farms in Southeast Minnesota.

The ingredients
We feel it's important that we don't take advantage of people or the earth in any part of our production so you can feel good about drinking our kombucha! We use organic fair-trade tea and organic sugar as our base because we want the workers harvesting the tea to get a fair wage and we want the earth to be respected.
