Our community has been offering a place to visit, stay and experience community for almost 20 years. Here are a few stories to show how opening your doors to a stranger helps us all to grow and learn.

Tim
Tim's family was looking for a safe place for Tim to rest and be separated from temptations and addiction. Tim lived with us for about a year resting, growing, helping in his own unique way, and sharing a love for all creatures with us. Tim left and eventually got his own apartment in Mankato. Tragically Tim died in his sleep in the spring of 2026 and we hosted his celebration of life on our farm with his friends and family.
